Who qualifies?
Manufactured homes that heat with an electric furnace, baseboard or wall heaters usually qualify, and the visit confirms it.
Where does the discount come from?
It's a local utility rebate for manufactured homes. We file it and take it right off your price, so there are no forms for you and nothing to wait for.
Why does it say up to $3,000?
The exact amount depends on your home and the equipment you pick. Your written quote shows it.
Will a heat pump work in my home?
We put both kinds in manufactured homes. Many have floor ducts and a small furnace closet, and a heat pump can often use the ducts you have. If the ducts are in poor shape, a ductless mini split needs none. The visit tells us which fits.
What if I decide not to buy?
The visit and the quote are free. No deposit and no deadline. Bring a family member or a friend if you like. The quote is yours to keep.

The people who come to your home.

Varsity is a local, family-owned company in Federal Way. The person who knocks on your door works for us, not a subcontractor, and arrives in a Varsity vehicle.

I solicited a half dozen bids from smaller local HVAC companies for a mini split system in my condo, and Varsity's quote was the price to beat.
